摘要
介绍了内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司(以下简称托电公司)锅炉一次风机变频器改造方案,并分析了变频改造后所取得的效果,比较了采用变频器前后的节能效果,对降低厂用电率,提高机组运行效率有一定的实际意义。通过运行实践,得出一次风机工频与变频切换的操作程序,为同类电厂锅炉一次风机变频改造进行了有益的尝试。
The paper introduces the converter reconstruction project on primary air fan of boiler of Inner Mongolia Datang International TuoKeTuo Power Generation Co., LTD,and the energy-saving effect of adopting transducer fore-and-aft was compared,which has practical meaning on reducing Power Plant curl consumptionand increasing unit running efficiency.According to the running practice, received operating instruction of the switch from power frequency to frequency-variable on primary air fan, which takes out availability experiment on the converter modification on primary air fan for domestic similar type of power plant.
