摘要
在早期的成人学习研究中,心理学和成人教育学作出了重要贡献。20世纪末成人学习的多学科研究应运而生,诸多学者从管理学、技术学、脑科学、哲学、社会学等多学科视角对成人学习进行了广泛而深入的探究。树立学科意识,明确研究的对象和边界是未来成人学习的多学科研究面临的挑战和需要解决的问题。
In the early study on adult learning, the basic ideas and subject knowledge frame of adult learning are formed by the relative researches of psychology and adult education, while later, 20th century witnessed the naissance of multi-subject research on adult learning. The naissance leaded to such a current that many experts probe into adult learning from different subjects. Focusing on the internal and overseas multi-subject research on adult learning since 20th century, in the visual angle of management, adult learning is the unity of individual character and systemic character, and in that of technology, the modern information technology is the associate of adult learning, while in the view of research of brain, adult learning becomes an important means to continuous develop the potential of human brain, still, if in philosophical comprehension, adult learning syncretizes the traits of being main-body, and social, environmental and multiple characters, even more, in sociology, it is regarded as a constantly process of socialization. On the other hand, the multi-subject research in adult learning is also challenged in that the multi-subject research will blur and even over extend the subject attribute of adult learning. There is big possibility of increasing difficulty of searching for kernel issues of adult learning and constructing the subject. So far as it goes, it should insist that taking adult learning as a subject is the logic premise, that the object and borderline of research in adult leaning should be confirmed, and that the adult attribute of research in adult leaning will be enhanced by encircling core issues.
