摘要
龙滩水电站压力钢管采用日本610F和舞阳WDB620两种610 MPa级非调质高强度钢板,该品种钢板具有含碳量低、低焊接碳当量及低焊接裂纹敏感系数、良好的机加工和焊接性能,工艺性能优于调质钢,可以推广使用。文章通过计算、分析探讨了我国压力钢管最小壁厚设计计算值及加劲环设置的问题;举例分析在工地进行压力钢管材料复验的弊端,提出控制水电站压力钢管工程钢板材料质量的若干措施。
Two types of non quenched and tempered steel(610F and WDB620,the former made in Japan and the latter made in Wuyang,China)are used in penstocks of Longtan Hydropower Station.Both of the steels have the properties of lower carbon content,lower welding carbon equivalent and lower sensitive factor of welding fissure.The paper discusses the design of the minimum thickness and the stiffening rings of penstocks,analyzes the weakness of re-testing the steel materials on site,puts forward the quality con- trol measures for the steel materials.
