摘要
利用偏振同步光散射对大肠杆菌Escherichia coli(E.coli)的2种不同菌株:E.coli(DH5α)、E.coli(BL-21)进行了探索性研究,结果表明,偏振同步光散射可以区分表征微生物,并进一步利用该方法建立微生物的指纹图谱库,从而使微生物的检测变得更加简便、快速、准确.
A polarized synchronous light scattering method was used to characterize the shape information of two strains of E. coli: DHSo and BL-21. The results showed that polarized synchronous light scattering successfully differentiated these two microorganisms. In addition, a library of fingerprint spectra of microorganisms was constructed, thus making the identification of microorganisms more simple, fast and precise.
