摘要
采用复合氢氧化物媒介法(CHM),以BaCO_3和TiO_2为原料在200℃、48 h的生长条件下成功合成出Ba- TiO_3纳米单晶.用XRD,SEM,TEM等手段对产物的晶型、粒径进行了分析.检测结果显示,获得的BaTiO_3晶粒为立方相单晶,结晶好且不含BaCO_3等杂质,平均粒径约为70 nm.另外探讨了CHM法制备纳米BaTiO_3粉体的反应机理,解释了BaTiO_3物相的形成.
Single crystalline BaTiO3 nanoparticles starting from BaCO3 and TiO2 have been successfully synthesized by a composite-hydroxide-mediated (CHM) method at 200 ℃ for 48 h. The morphology and particle size were investigated by XRD, SEM and TEM. The as-synthesized BaTiO3 sample showed a well-crystalline cubic structure, with a particle size of about 70 nm and with no impurities like BaCO2 and TiO2 detected. The reaction mechanism for the phase formation of BaTiO3 is discussed.
