摘要
9只梅花鹿分3组,分别采用放血致死取全血、人工保定颈静脉采血、眠乃宁药物保定颈静脉采血.另用6只梅花鹿在一次采血500 mL后的第10、20、25、30、35、40、45、50、60d分别测定血液中RBC、Hb、WBC(N、L)、和TP ALB血液生理生化值.试验结果显示:梅花鹿全血量平均为5866 mL,人工保定采血平均为193.3 mL,药物保定采血500 mL(可根据需要采血);一次采血500 mL后血液生理生化各项指标明显下降.TP 20 d、Hb 35 d、WBC 40~45 d、RBC和ALB 45—50 d以后基本恢复采血前的正常水平.结论:梅花鹿活体采血施行眠乃宁药物保定比较安全可靠;活体采血后50 d左右机体基本恢复采血前的正常.
Nine sika deer (Cervus nippon) were divided into three groups and their blood was collected in 3 different blooding ways. Other 6 sika deer were selected to detect the changes in RBC,WBC (N and L), Hb, TP and ALB in their blood 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 60 days after blooding. The results showed that TP, HB, WBC and RBC and ALB recovered to the normal level in 20, 35, 40-45 and 45-50 days after blooding, respectively. These results suggested that Xylazine in the controlling of sika deer blooding was more safe and effective than the other two ways. The time interval of blooding for sika deer should be at least 50 days and it was necessary to strengthen the feeding and management.
