超声波强化秸秆乙醇化原料碱预处理效果研究 被引量:15

摘要 以农业废弃物秸秆资源的综合利用为目的,对玉米秸秆乙醇化的超声波与碱联合预处理的工艺条件进行了研究.结果显示,NaOH浓度、基质浓度和粒径为主要影响因子.最佳条件为:NaOH 0.5%、基质浓度45g/L、粒径0.50 mm.超声波有利于强化秸秆预处理,还原糖得率明显高于碱单独预处理时的得率.从试验效果考虑,采用NaOH浓度0.5%,超声波功率为480W,处理时间为30 min时,可达到最佳的处理效果. The technological conditions for the co-pretreatment of maize stalk by ultrasonic wave and alkali in ethanolization process were investigated for comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste. The results showed that concentration of NaOH, substrate concentration and particle size were the main influencing factors and the optimum conditions were NaOH 0. 5%, substrate concentration 45 g/l, and particle diameter 0. 50 mm. Ultrasonic wave strengthened the effect of alkali pretreatment, with higher reducing sugar yield than that of pretreatment with alkali alone. Optimum results were achieved when NaOH 0.5 % was combined with ultrasonic wave (power 400 W) in a pretreatment process of 30 min.
