酸度对草坪土壤速效磷的测定影响

通过不同酸度对草坪土壤速效磷吸光度的测定,结果表明:加入5.75 ml5.5 mol硫酸-钼锑抗显色剂可以很好地中和浸提液中的碳酸氢钠,使浸提液酸度处于理想的酸度范围,具有显色快,而且比较稳定。此测定有效磷的方法解决了大批样品测定时,逐一中和浸出液繁琐的操作,具有简单快捷,平衡误差小,重现性好,提供的数据准确有效,具有一定的推广意义。

The rate of balanced error is small, the reproduction quality is good, and the provided data is accurate and effective. In a word, this method is significant to be promoted.
