摘要
高校扩招后,图书馆流通部遇到了读者陡增与工作人员严重不足,工作量增大与读者服务质量要求越来越高等新矛盾。本文从新形势下的服务要求出发,分析了扩招后高校图书馆流通部服务质量上不去的主要原因,提出了重视流通服务工作;聘用学生馆员;延长开放时间等提高流通服务质量的对策。
When enlarging students' enrollment in university, A series of newly-raised problems were meeted in library circulation, Such as large readers whereas less staffs, service quantity enlarged while service quality high demanded. This review analyses the main reasons for failing in improving the service quality of circulation in the university library. The paper also puts forward the measures of attach importance to circulation, engage student as staffs, prolong the open times, and so on, to improving the service quality of circulation.
