摘要
采用正交试验法,对茅根炭的炮制工艺进行优选。结果表明,茅根炭的最佳炮制工艺为170℃烘制16分钟,该炮制品的多种微量元素含量明显升高。
Orthogonal experiment design was employed to determine the best technique in processing carbonized Imperata cylindrica.The result shows that the best technique is to bake the drug for 16 minutes at 170 ℃.With this technique the contents of several trace elements rise markedly.
