和谐语境下建立农村社区利益机制的探讨

现阶段我国农村社区建设在制度、市场、组织、文化等维度的利益非和谐现象日趋增多,严重制约着农村社区建设的进行。作为社会的综合现象,从根本上说是现行的制度安排扭曲了利益机制的作用。在法学理论上对利益基本原理进行解构,实现利益机制的反扭曲,建构双重利益模式和谐互促,利益聚合到利益和谐的转变和农民个体利益的实现等良性利益机制,是推进农村社区建设,构建和谐社会的新思路。

From the angles of institution,market,organization,culture,etc., the inharmonious phenomenon of interst gradually increases in our rural community construction at the present stage.It seriously restricts the process of rural community construction.As the comprehensive social phenomenon ,the present institution severely distorts the interest mechanism. The investigation of fundamental theory of interests from the point of law, realization of good function of mechanism of interests, establishing a double interest mode, the transition from interest combing to the harmony of interest and the realization of peasant＇s individual interests is a new idea to advanc rural community construction and the harmonious society construction.
