阐明了工程项目管理的概念,从组织措施、技术措施、经济措施和合同措施四个方面概括总结了工程项目目标控制的措施,介绍了常用的目标控制方法,以合理确定工程造价,提高投资效益。
The concept of engineering project management is introduced. From four aspects： organization measures, technical measures, economic measures and contract methods for objective control of engineering project are introduced in order to control engineering cost and increase investment benefits.
