摘要
针对国企人才流失严重这一现象,指出国企必须按知识经济加大对人才资源的开发、管理及控制,并提出国企开发人才、管理人才及控制人才的措施,使国企拥有更多的人才,从而促进国企的发展。
According to the phenomenon that serious loss of talents of state-operated enterprises, it points out state-operated enterprises must enlarge the development, management and control of human resource in accordance with knowledge economy, brings forward the measures of developing talents, managing talents and controlling talents of state-operated enterprises, so as to own more talents and promote the development of state-operated enterprises.
