摘要
针对我国工程造价管理工作的现状,从工程投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招标发包阶段、施工阶段等环节对如何加强工程造价的全过程控制进行了分析阐述,从而在确保工程质量的前提下降低工程造价。
According to present management situations of engineering cost in our country, from investment decision, design, bid submission, construction and other aspects measures for the whole procedure engineering cost control are elaborated in order to ensure engineering quality to reduce engineering cost.
