摘要
分析了生态公路产生的背景,深入剖析了生态公路的内涵。从自然辩证法和科学技术辩证法的角度,对生态公路建设进行了哲学思考,并从公路规划、设计、施工以及运营四个方面提出了实现生态公路的措施。
This paper analyzed the background of ecological highway and the connotation and meaning of ecological highway. At the same time, by using the theories and viewpoints from dialectics of nature and dialectics of science and technology, the philosophical idea of ecological highway are analyzed. Construction of ecological road is the embodiment of the unity of opposites. The measures to realize the ecological road was pointed out from four sides, such as planning, design, construction and management.
