摘要
通过田间调查和室内饲养观察,对草地螟Loxostege sticticalis的生物学特性及发生危害特点进行了研究。选择4种农药用浸叶片法对草地螟进行室内毒力测定,结果表明,4种农药对草地螟的毒力为7.2%苦参碱.烟碱乳油>3%高渗苯氧威>25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号悬浮剂>5%吡虫啉乳油,其中以苦参碱.烟碱的毒力最强,半致死浓度(LC50)为10.499 mg/L,致死浓度(LC95)为16.093 mg/L。
The experiment studied the biological and damage characteristics of Loxotege sticticalis through field investigation and indoor feeding observation. Four kinds of insecticides were selected to test the virulence of L. sticticalis through leaf sousing. The result indicated the virulence of 7.2 % nicotine was the highest with 10. 499 mg/L LC50 and 16. 093 mg/L LC95, followed by 3% fenoxycarb, 25 % chlorbenzuron and 5 % imidacloprid in turn.
