摘要
在大田蓟马为害评价基础上,对10个不同苜蓿Medicaco sativa抗性品种进行了室内抗性评价及抗性机制研究。研究表明,在牛角花齿蓟马Odontothrips loti为害后,不同抗级品种间总酚、游离脯氨酸含量增加差异显著(P<0.05),高抗品种Ta和TS苜蓿的增幅极显著(P<0.01),高于其他抗级品种,感虫品种S和DB苜蓿的增加量最低。说明总酚、游离脯氨酸与苜蓿品种对牛角花齿蓟马的抗性相关,或具有诱导抗性效应。
Resistance mechanism of 10 Medicago sativa varieties were observed and analyzed. The results indicated that the increased content of Total phenolic and Free praline in different varieties were significantly (P〈0.05) different, damaged by Odontothrips loti. The resistant varieties, such as Ta and TS, their Total phenolic and Free praline increased much higher than that of other varieties(P〈 0.01), but the susceptible varieties, such as S and DB were the lowest. It indicated that the total phenolic and Free praline were contributing to the resistance of M. sativa to O. loti, or the Total phenolic and Free praline were the substances to induce M. sativa resistance to thrips.
