摘要 研究了从湿法炼锌净化钴镍渣中回收有价金属。提出了处理钴镍渣的系统工艺,探讨了过硫酸钠浸出钴镍渣氧化沉钴的影响因素。在氧化温度80℃,过硫酸钠用量为理论量的8倍,氧化时间2h,溶液pH=5.0~5.2的最佳工艺条件下,钴富集达40倍。 Recovery of cobalt from Co-Ni residue in zinc hydrometallurgy has been studied. The optimum technological conditions are 80℃ of oxidation temperature, 2h of oxidation time, solution pH 5.0-5.2, 8 times stoichiometry of Na2S2O8dosage. Cobalt are enriched 40 times in precipitate.
