对合会概念进行了厘清,并通过对合会价值的深入发掘,提出“合会合法化”构想,同时探讨了合会合法化模式与风险防范机制,并提出了自己的建议,以期为我国相关立法以及实务提供一些有益的参考。

＂He-hui＂, spreading for a long time in the oriental countries, is a unique folk economic cooperation and non-governmental finance custom based on the geographic affiliation, kinship relationships as well as the interpersonal connection. This article firstly clarifies the significance of ＂He-hui＂, it proposes the conception of concept of ＂He-hui＂. After a penetrating digging for the ＂the legalization of He-hui＂. Then it continues to discuss legalization pattern of He-hui and the risk guard mechanism and eventually comes up with some suggestion for the reference of relevant legislation and legal practice.
