城市轨道交通业经济效益增加之方法探讨——以广州地铁为例 被引量:2

摘要 城市地铁发展历来都是靠国家财政补贴的政府负债工程,我国政府实行严格限制发展的策略。为了摆脱这种局面,可以通过合理利用地下空间、大胆发展土地增值优势、准确制定地铁票价、巧妙借助金融市场工具等一系列措施增加地铁经济效益,尽快回收巨额成本。随着我国轨道交通业不断成长,它将会成为提高城市形象、缓解交通压力而自由发展的成熟行业。 This paper argues that reasonable use of underground space and the value of land, pricing of the subway tickets, and financial market tool could help the city subway transportation to get rid of government financial subsidy to grow beneficially so as to raise the subway economic performance. With the development of national railway transportation, it will become the mature industry to improve the city image and relieve its transportation pressure.
