摘要
本文对用于工业余热回收的大型分离式热管换热器进行了模型实验研究,以工程应用为背景探讨了大型分离式热管的合理充液率、启动升温性能、传热特性以及管排间不均匀加热方式对启动过程和传热特性的影响,最后根据实验数据整理提出了蒸发段沸腾换热综合实验关联式。
The large scale separate type heat pipe heat exchanger has been studied on model experiment under the laboratory conditions. The reasonable liquid filling rate, starting temperature rise performance, heat transfer characteristics, and the efffect of unequal heating pattern between pipe and grate on starting process and heat transfer characteristics have been discussed. Finally, the heat transfer relations for the evaporator section are obtained from the experimental data.
