γδTCRT细胞和CD1a分子在胸腔积液和外周血中阳性表达的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨免疫分子CD1a和γδTCRT细胞在胸腔积液以及外周血中的阳性表达,提高临床鉴别诊断的水平。方法应用流式细胞仪分别检测34例结核性胸膜炎并胸腔积液、31例恶性肿瘤性胸腔积液患者外周血和胸腔积液中CD1a和γδTCRT的阳性表达,对照组21人。结果两组患者及对照组外周血中CD1a+、γδTCRT+的差异无统计学意义(t=0.01~1.79,P>0.05)。恶性肿瘤性胸腔积液中CD1a+、γδTCRT+的明显高于结核性胸腔积液(t=21.96~22.78,P<0.001),也明显高于其外周血(t=21.32~24.19,P<0.001)。结论胸腔积液中CD1a+、γδTCRT+可作为良、恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断的参考依据。 Objective To explore the positive expression of gamma/delta TCR T cell and CD1a immune molecule in pleural effusion and peripheral blood, and to improve clinical differential diagnosis. Methods Pleural effusion and peripheral blood from 34 cases of tuberculous pleurisy and 31 cases of malignant pleural effusion were detected with monoclonal antibody by flow cytometry, with 21 individuals as controls. Results The difference of CD1a^+ and γδTCRT expression in pleural effusion and peripheral blood were not statistically significant ( t = 0.01 - 1.79, P 〉 0.05). While, the expressions of CD1a^+ and γδTCRT^+ were higher in malignant pleural effusion than those in tuberculous pleural effusion ( t = 21.96 - 22.78, P 〈 0. 001 ) and peripheral blood came from malignant cases ( t = 21.32 - 24.19, P 〈 0.001). Conclusion The positive expressions of CD1a^+ and γδTCRT^+ in pleural effusion are useful tools for the differential diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy and malignant pleural effusion.
