本文针对ＣｏｂｂＤｏｕｇｌａｓ生产函数就员工离职对企业投入与产出造成的影响进行了研究。提出了基于ＧＨ函数的离职率估计公式。本文认为，离职对企业的产出有负影响，且具有延迟效应；员工离职会增加资本投入，即价格效应迫使企业提高员工的工资率以得到员工劳动时间供给的增加，而收入效应又使得企业增加替代成本以寻找新的员工来替代离职者，而工资率的提高和替代成本的增加又将进一步增加总资本的投入。

Discusses the effects of employee turnover on enterprise focused on the Cobb Douglas production function. A formula derived from GH function is presented to calculate the employee turnover rate, The employee turnover has negative and lag influences on enterprise and results in increasing capital investment. Because the enterprises have to raise the wage rate of survivors to make them provide more working time due to the price effects, or have to add substitution cost to recruit substitutor due to the income effects. So the total capital investment must be increased along with the wage rate and substitution cost.
