本文对切割机小车的摆动支架机构进行了运动分析和力学分析，并结合现场使用的情况，依据制造过程最优化的思想，具体提出了两种改进设计的意见。使用结果表明，改进是非常成功的。

Analyzes the motion and mechanics of swinging support of cutter.According to the condition of worksite and the optimization idea of manufacturing process,this paper poses some proposals to improve the design.It is said that the improvement is successful.
