In order to promote the economic sustainable development of the related states and counties in Qinghai province, we need to fully develop the distinctive and abundant plateau national PE cultural tourism resources and the advantaged and magnificent natural landscapes, to keep on stressing the focal points, to embody the distinguishing features and to forge＂ the national PE circl around Qinghai Lake＂ elaborately.
