随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,激烈的市场竞争和快节奏的生活方式,对人民素质提出了新的更高要求.但目前,西宁地区全民健身的现状还远远不能适应社会发展的需要,还存在着许多因素影响人们参与健身运动.对此,本文通过认真深入的调查与分析,找出了影响西宁地区城镇社区实施全民健身工程存在的问题,进而提出了相应的对策和建议.

With the sustained penetrating of economic structural reform in our country,the fierce competition and fast speed way of life give higher demands to people＇s quality. But, at present, now situation of nation - wide body - building campaign in Xining can＇t farly cater to the needs of the social development. Therefore, the author find the problems that affecting the body - building campaign and then offering propriate ways and means.
