摘要
在示波冲击试验机上测试了LSM法制备的不同体积分数的TiB2/Al复合材料的冲击功,使用SEM观察了冲击断口的表面形貌,结果表明:冲击功随TiB2体积分数的增加而增加;复合材料的断口是一种颗粒的脆性破坏与铝合金基体的韧性破坏共存,强界面与弱界面共存的混合型断口。
The impact energy of TiB2/Al composite fabricated by LSM method with different volume fraction of TiB2 is investigated by pendulum impact testing. The surface morphology of impact fracture is observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicate that impact energy of TiB2/Al increase with increasing the TiB2 volume fraction. The fracture of TiB2/Al composite is characterized by TiB2 particle brittle rupture and AI matrix toughness tear, strong and weak combined interface.
