摘要
用微等离子体氧化方法在LY12铝合金表面制备了一层氧化陶瓷膜,然后用加热-淬冷的方法进行抗热震试验,研究了电流密度对陶瓷膜抗热震性能的影响,并结合SEM、XRD等手段对试验现象和膜层的结合强度进行了分析。结果表明:随着电流密度的增加,陶瓷膜的抗热震性能降低。
A ceramic layer was prepared on LY12 aluminum alloy by micro-plasma oxidation (MPO), and the experiment of thermal shock resistance was tested by heating-quenching method, The effect of current density on thermal shock resistance was studied. The phenomena in experiment and the bonding strength of the layer were also analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that the thermal shock resistance of ceramic layer decrease with increasing current density.
