病毒性脑炎106例脑电图和磁共振分析

Analysis of EEG, MRI on 106 Cases of Acute Viral Encephalitis

目的评价MRI、EEG和CT对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值。方法回顾分析106例急性病毒性脑炎患者入院24h内CSF、EEG检查结果,48h内头颅CT和MRI检查结果。结果病毒性脑炎患者EEG阳性率达91.5%,MRI阳性率为61.1%,而CT阳性率仅34.4%。结论EEG联合MRI对病毒性脑炎诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要依据。

Objective Evaluated the diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid （CSF）,electroencephalogram （EEG）, MRI and CT on acute viral encephalitis. Methods The results of 106 patients with acute viral encephalitis were analyzed retrospectively , which included CSF, EEG in 24h and CT, MRI in 48h since they admitted. Results In these cases the positive rate of EEG was 91.5%,for MRI it was 61.1%, but the positive rate of CT was only 34..4%. Conclusion EEG and MRI were important for diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis of acute viral encephalitis.
