在工农业生产和日常生活中,电气装置的电击保护是保证安全生产和作业的必要措施,国际、国内均以强制标准加以规范,特低压(ELV)回路是建筑物电气装置常用的电击保护之一,在运用这种保护措施时,必须从电源、回路和器件选择、设备装配上符合标准,才能达到目的。

The lightning protection of electrical installation is the necessary measures to assure safely production and operation in industrial and agricultural production and daily life, therefore forced standards have been issued to regulate it at home and abroad. ELV is one of the lightning protection measures used by electrical installations, and in the application of these measures, the aim can be achieved only when the selection of power supply, loop and apparatus and the assembly of equipment can meet with the standard.
