摘要
通过对西瓷公司ERP项目实施经验和应用成果的分析,说明了ERP项目的实施对提高企业管理水平方面所带来的变化和进步,分析和探讨了在项目实施过程中应当注意的问题,提出了对ERP项目实施工作的建议。
Based on analysis of ERP application and implement in Xidian High Voltage Electroceramics Company, it shows the improvement in enterprise management, discusses the key items in ERP implement, puts forward some suggests for enterprise information construction.
