摘要
对目前数控机床普遍采用的传统的数字积分插补法进行了分析,指出了其在插补圆弧时存在的不足;对传统的插补方法进行了改进,改进后的数字积分法在作圆弧插补时的实际误差小于1个单位。
DDA interpolation is widely used in the CNC system. It puts forward the limitation of this traditional method at integrating circular arc, improves related algorithm. The circular interpolation error in this improved DDA is less than one unit
