Comparison of Three Pollination Methods in Bean

在温室和大棚条件下，对３种菜豆人工杂交授粉方法的授粉效果进行了比较试验，结果表明，拉出柱头法的综合效果最好。

Efficiency of hybridization of three pollination methods in bean was compared in greenhouse and plastichouse. The results show that protruding stigam without emasculation was the best in terms of hybridization percentage and number of seed set. More pads and seeds were obtained in greenhouse than that in plastichouse.
