摘要 核基质又称核骨架,是指真核细胞的核外周核纤层蛋白、核孔复合物、内部核蛋白网络以及残余的核仁等核内网架结构。核基质与DNA的复制、RNA的转录与修饰及染色体的组装等许多重要生命活动相关。在多种肿瘤中相继发现肿瘤相关性核基质蛋白。本文将对核基质在肿瘤的发生、演进和转移中的作用,及其在肿瘤的诊断、治疗中的价值作一综述。 The nuclear matrix ( NM ) , also called nuclear skeleton , is the structural framework of the nucleus that consists of the peripheral lamins and pore complexes, an internal ribonucleic protein network and residual nucleoli. The nuclear matrix provides a framework for the spatial arrangement of chromosoment and other nuclear components, organizing and regulating the diverse functional processes within the nucleus. Differences between the nuclear matrix proteins ( NMPs ) of cancer cells and their normal homologues were detected in numerous cases. These discrepant proteins were considered very interesting element in the tumorigenesis, the progression of tumor, the diagnosis and therapeutics of cancer. The present review summarized the data on the role of NMPs in the tumorigenesis and progression of tumor, possibilities of usage of NMPs as a diagnostic tool and the therapeutic means in clinical oncology.
