摘要 蛋白质组学是全景式研究蛋白质网络及其动态变化的一门新兴科学,其研究成果为疾病临床诊断、发病机制等提供了理论依据和技术基础。双向电泳技术、质谱技术和生物信息学是蛋白质组学的三大支撑技术。本文阐述了蛋白质组学在老年性痴呆患者脑脊液、脑组织、外周血中的研究进展,重点阐述其在探索发病机制、寻找诊断标志物等方面的应用。 Proteomics is a new science that studies overall proteinaceous network and its development and will provides the basis in theory and technique for clinical diagnosis and etiopathogenesis. Two-dimensional electrophoresis, mass spectrometer and bioinformatics are three main techniques of proteomics. This article describes the progress of investigation for proteomics at cerebrospinal fluid, brain tissue and peripheral blood of Alzheimer disease; especially exploring the mechanism of etiopathogenesis and searching diagnostic biomarkers.
