摘要 氯吡格雷抵抗包括对氯吡格雷无反应和对氯吡格雷低反应。氯吡格雷抵抗者血小板聚集率高,易发生心血管事件。氯吡格雷抵抗原因主要包括药物-药物相互作用影响CYP 3A4的活性,P2Y12受体和CYP 3A4基因的多态性。 Clopidogrel resistance showed no response or low response to clopidogrel. Patients with clopidogrel resistance had high platelet aggregation and were apt to suffer from cardiovascular events. Clopidogrel resistance is associated with the low activity of CYP 3A4 by drug-drug interactions, polymorphisms of P2Y12 receptor and polymorphism of CYP 3A4 gene.
