基因芯片与银屑病治疗

摘要 介绍基因芯片技术的基本概况及基因芯片技术在银屑病的发病机制、治疗机制研究中的应用。通过基因芯片研究,研究者们挖掘到有趣的靶基因以及银屑病的易感性基因位点(1q21,3q21和14q31-32)。这些研究报道银屑病的基因表达,帮助医学研究者更好地了解银屑病复杂的病因,找出其遗传背景;同时为发现新的银屑病的治疗靶点提供一条捷径。 This paper provides a brief introduction of DNA microarray technology and its application in the research of psoriasis pathogenesis and treatment mechanism. With the utilization of this technology, investigators have identified some interesting target genes as well as putative susceptibility loci of psoriasis, such as lq21, 3q21 and 14q31-32. These findings not only help to better understand the complex etiology and genetic background of psoriasis, but also provide a shortcut for the exploration of new therapeutic targets for psoriasis.
