摘要 性激素及其代谢产物主要通过与相应的受体结合,启动相关信号通路,对毛发生长和周期进行调控;性激素受体具有多样性,不同受体对毛囊生长的调控作用和机制存在差异。除了雄激素和雌激素对毛囊生长有较强的调控作用外,卵泡抑制素也能促进毛囊的生长。通过分析相关性激素对毛囊的调控机制,探讨防治秃发的新策略。 Sex hormones and their metabolites regulate hair growth and its cycle mainly by binding with receptors and initiating relevant signaling pathway. The receptors of sex hormones are diverse, and different receptors control hair follicle growth in different way. Besides androgen and estrogen, ovarian follicle inhibin can regulate hair growth. This paper describes the control mechanism of hair follicles by sex hormones, which may help the exploration of new approaches to alopecia prevention and treatment.
