摘要
毛囊是一个周期性自我更新的皮肤附属器,干细胞周期性的增殖和分化决定毛囊的生长特性。毛囊有两个干细胞群,一个位于毛囊的隆突部,另一个位于毛囊的下三分之一近毛球部。它们有不同的命运和功能,分化形成毛囊的不同部分。就毛囊周期主要细胞的增殖、分化、迁移等过程进行综述,分析毛囊周期的形成机制。
Hair follicle is a periodically self-renewing appendage of skin, The growth of hair follicle is determined by periodic proliferation and differentiation of stem cells. There are two populations of stem cells in hair follicles: one is located in the bulge of hair follicles, and the other in the lower third of hair follicles near the hair bulb. These stem cells have different fates and functions, and could develop into different compartments of hair follicles. This review presents the proliferation, differentiation and migration of hair follicle stem cells, as well as the possible formation mechanism of hair follicle cycle.
