支气管哮喘患者急性发作期痰和血浆IL-4和IFN-γ水平与肺通气功能的相关性研究 被引量:3

The study of correlation among pulmonary ventilatory capacity, the IL-4 and IFN-γ level of phlegm and blood plasma in patients with bronchial asthma in acute stage

摘要 目的:研究支气管哮喘患者急性发作期痰和血浆IL-4和IFN-γ水平与肺通气功能的相关性关系。方法:急性发作期患者41例为实验组;缓解期患者34例为对照组;37例健康者为健康组。测定所有患者的通气功能及痰和血浆中IL-4和IFN-γ水平。分析IL-4和IFN-γ水平与肺通气功能之间的相关性。结果:(1)实验组通气功能、IFN-γ水平均显著低于对照组和健康组(P〈0.01)。(2)实验组痰液和血浆中IL-4的水平均显著高于对照组和健康组(P〈0.01)。(3)实验组痰和血浆中IL-4平均浓度与其相应肺通气功能指标均呈负相关;IFN-γ平均浓度与其相应肺通气功能指标均呈正相关。结论:支气管哮喘患者急性发作期痰和血液中IL-4水平与肺通气功能呈负相关;IFN-γ水平与肺通气功能呈正相关。 Objective To study the correlation among pulmonary ventilatory capacity, the interleukin g (IL-4) and interferon γ (IFN-γ) level of phlegm and blood plasma in patients with bronchial asthma in acute stage. Methods gl patients in acute stage was chosen as experiment groups, 34 patients on remission stage was chosen as control groups, 37 health patients as health control groups. The pulmonary ventilatory capacity of all patients was determined. The IL-4 and IFN-γ level of phlegm and blood plasma was determined with ELISA. The correlation among pulmonary ventilatory capacity, the IL-4 and IFN-γ level of phlegm and blood plasma was analyzed. Results The pulmonary ventilatory capacity of experiment groups was less than that of control groups and health control groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The IL-4 and IFN-γ level of phlegm and blood plasma of experiment groups was higher than those of control groups and health control groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The IL-4 level of phlegm and blood plasma was negative correlated with the pulmonary ventilatory capacity on experiment groups, the IFN-γ, level of phlegm and blood plasma was positively correlated with the pulmonary ventilatory capacity. Conclusion The IL-4 level of phlegm and blood plasma was negative correlated with the pulmonary ventilatory capacity. The IFN-γ level of phlegm and blood plasma was positively correlated with the pulmonary ventilatory capacity.
