摘要
本文主要对松轻油的综合利用工艺及流程进行探讨,松轻油在用烧碱溶液和水的合理净化处理后,增加水合反应工序,采用二次正交试验设计分析,反应液松油醇含量(y)与硫酸用量(x1)、反应温度(x2)和反应时间(x3)存在如下关系:y=16.33+1.21x3-2.07x2x3-1.75x23。经分析,在45℃下反应8小时可使反应液中松油醇的含量由原来的5%左右提高到20%左右,经蒸馏得选矿油、干馏松节油、杂酚油和松焦油,产品色泽浅、稳定,焦臭气味基本消.
This paper deals with the technology process of comprehensive utilization of light fraction from destructive distillation of pine roots. Hydration is applied after puriification of light fraction from destructivedistillation of pine roots,in which the process of destructive distillation turpentine oil,complex phenol oil andmore flotation oil are produced. The products process a light,stabilized color with burning smell basically vanished. Good economic benefit can be gained.
