小孔机绿色低功耗脉冲电源的研究

摘要 目前国内小孔机普遍采用的是独立式脉冲电源,这种独立式脉冲电源电能的利用率极低,为了提高其电能利用率,提出了小孔机绿色低功耗脉冲电源的方案。取消了工频变压器和限流电阻,采用高低压复合形式,高压引弧电路和低压恒流源相配合,低压部分采用双管正激交错并联的拓扑形式。设计出了新型小孔机绿色低功耗脉冲电源,达到了高效节能的目的。 At present the unattached pulse generator which widely used in the small hole EDM, the electric using ratio of this pulse generator is very low, for the purpose of improve the using ratio, then put forward a green low-power dissipation pulse generator of small hole EDM. We removed the working frequency transformer and current limit resistor, and designed a high and low voltage compositing pulse generator, the high voltage which used to elicit spark cooperate with the low voltage used as invariable current, the double-transistor forward interleaving and transformer paralleling is used in the low voltage part. Designed a green low-power dissipation pulse generator, achieved the purpose of high ratio and saving energy.
