摘要
与供试白僵菌菌株相比,某些绿僵菌菌株具有较强的耐高温和耐旱能力。经室内毒力测定,8个绿僵菌菌株中有2个菌株(M2和M4)对马尾松毛虫有毒力,其中M4的毒力与白僵菌相当,其致死中量为4.75×107个孢子·L-1,致死中时为6.19~12.20d(在1.0×1011~1.0×107个孢子·L-1的浓度下)。
The results showed that some strains of Metarhizium spp.were more tolerant to high temperature and drought than Beauveria bassiana.Of 8 strains of Metarhizium spp.,2 strains (M 2,M 4)showed pathogenicity to 3rd~4th instar larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus in laboratory.The LD 50 of M 4 strain was 4 75×10 7 spores·L -1 ,and the LT 50 6 19~12 20 dats for the concentration of 1 0×10 7~1 0×10 11 spores·L -1 .The laboratory test indicated that the toxioity of M 4 strain was almost the same with that of B.bassiana,and that some strains of Metarhizium spp.had great value in controlling D.punctatus.
