历史沿革：1930年2月3日，胡志明受共产国际的委托，将印度支那共产党、安南共产党、印度支那共产主义联盟合并，成立越南共产党。同年10月，改名为“印度支那共产党”。1931年全国各级组织悉遭破坏。1934年在中国澳门成立海外领导委员会，担负临时党中央的任务。1935年在澳门召开第一次全国代表大会。

History： The Vietnamese Communist Party（VCP） was founded on February 3, 1930, following Comintern instruetions that three nominally Communist groups should form a single party. In Oetober 1930, the party ehanged its name to Indoehinese Communist Party. In 1931, all levels of VCP met harsh repression. But they were able to reeonstruet itself in 1934 in Maeaw. It held its first national eongress in 1935.
