产纤维素酶细菌××-01的研究

从牛胃中分离筛选出一株兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌××—０１，可产生分解纤维素的胞外酶。该菌株营养要求低，适应性强，生长旺盛。生长ｐＨ范围４．７～１０．５，最适生长ｐＨ中性。生长温度范围１０～４３℃，最适生长温度为３７℃。４８ｈ在麸皮、豆杆粉、ＣＭＣ－Ｎａ等组成的液体培养基中酶活可达１５６Ｕ／ｍｌ。

A facultative anaerobic bacillus strain ××—01 was isolated and selected from the cattle stomach which can produce exocellular cellulase.It shows a low nutrient need, strong adaptability and rapid growth. For its growing conditions, the fittest pH values range from 4 7 to 10.5;thetemperatures range from 10℃ to 43℃ the fittest one however,is 37℃. In the liguid culture medium of wheat bran,beans of peas stem powder,CMC-Na etc,enzyme activity can reach 156 U/ml within 48 hours.
