摘要
通过对泡桐病、健枝条不同部位细胞电解质外渗率和K+外渗率测定,结果表明:丛枝病使枝条各部位细胞应有的差别透性发生了改变。表现为皮层细胞差别透性增大。
The seeping-rate of the electrolyte and K +of cells in different positions both in health branch and in infected branch were measured.The results show that paulownia witches′broom transforms lower differential permeabilities into higher differential permeabilities in cortices,and transform higner differential permeabilities into lower differential permeabilities in xylem.
