摘要
光黑腹菌是我省多种松树林地中的一种优良菌根菌,也是营养丰富的美味食用菌。营养分析结果表明,所测定的16种氨基酸全部都包含,人体所必须的9种氨基酸中包含了8种(色氨酸未测),且各种氨基酸、粗蛋白及粗脂肪的含量,为人们常见银耳的1倍~3倍;而其中的胱氨酸是它的22倍。利用光黑腹菌纯菌种回接湿地松幼苗,3个月后菌根感染率达93.3%;幼苗高生长比对照增加14.8%。
Alpova piceus , a kind of mycorrhizal fungus in many pine forest in Guangdong Province, is a valuable edible one with aboundant nutrients for mans health. 16 amino acids were tested, and the amount of these important amino acids is about 1 to 3 times of that of another famous edible fungus Tremella fuciformis Berk, especially cystine which up to 22 times. 3 months later after inoculation with Alpova piceus using mycorrhizal techniques, the infection rate of Pinus elliottii is about 93.3%, and the mean hight of seedlings increased 14.8%. The results indicated that emphysis should be paid on further study to apply mycorrhizal techniques to produce more Alpova piceus in pine forest.
