摘要
针对20世纪80年代中期以来我国的城市用地快速扩张问题,国家出台了许多政策措施,虽然取得了一些成效,但"圈地之风"仍不断卷土重来,为此,该文探讨了城市用地快速扩张的根源,希望从根源着手、采取措施,从而引导城市健康有序地发展。
Our government has put forward many policies and measures constantly to solve the problem of urban land rapid expansion since the middle of 1980＇s.Though some progress has been made, many cities remain growing quickly. This paper explores the roots of this phenomenon. If we could take actions from these sources, we can induce our city to develop more healthily and orderly.
