心理干预对肝癌患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

目的观察心理干预对肝癌患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将近3年收治的肝癌患者115例,随机分为观察组58例,对照组57例,在相同化疗、药物治疗的同时,对观察组进行针对性地心理干预,采用症状自评量表及生活质量调查问卷评定两组之间的差别。结果观察组在接受心理干预后,负性情绪明显减少(P<0.05),生活质量明显改善(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对于提高肝癌患者的生活质量有着良好的作用。
