摘要 用线性规划方法建立了太钢K-OBM-S法冶炼不锈钢的配料模型。模型中包括13个决策变量,最低配料成本作为模型的目标函数,一组自变量的线性等式和不等式作为约束引入,采用单纯形法对该模型进行求解。计算结果表明,在给定条件下,按建立的数学模型对SOCr18Ni9不锈钢进行配料,可使吨钢总成本降低10%。 A charge partition model for stainless steel smelting by K-OBM-S process at Taiyuan Steel has been established by a linear programming method including 13 decision variables in the model, minimum cost charge partition selected to be objective function and a set of linear equality and inequality about variable as restricted introduction, and to solve the problem of linear programming by Simplex Method. Calculated results showed that at given conditions, according to charge partition of stainless steel S0Cr18Ni9 smelting by established math model, the total cost per ton steel decreased by 10%.
